Oh, how dizzying. If Neil is looking to throw the formalities out the window, so be it. It isn't as though Elias hasn't ever been keen to follow lead.

From their differing heights, Elias is yanked down a bit from his full standing, and he doesn't mind it in the least. A heated sigh escapes his nose, and he only parts long enough from the kiss to toss his glasses aside after the *clack* the two pairs made upon impact.

He's quick to dive back into the kiss with a hunger, though, and his deft hands dip down, busying themselves with quick, careful undoing of buttons, starting with his vest. (Goddess' sake, so many fucking buttons to undo. What was he thinking? Always professional look over practicality with this man.)

With an indignant huff at the inconvenience, Neil removes his own glasses as well, and then draws a line down the center of his chest with a finger, using practical magic to open all of his buttons. "Better?"

"Much!" Elias laughs, short and amused. He runs his hands from where he'd pulled them back a bit, up Neil's chest, and over his shoulders, pushing the garments down his arms and off. "You and your button-ups, I swear."

Neil sighs softly at the attention. He's a little softer in his age, his youthful slenderness giving way to the body of a man in his 40s who eats a bit too much cake and works in an office. Once Neil's free of his own garments, he yanks off Elias' shirt as well, then goes back in for the kiss, gradually backing him up until they gently bump into a desk and then urging Elias onto it.

Elias jolts with surprise at hitting the desk, and even with so much time having passed, he's both deeply amused by the fact that this is something Neil's had him do more than once, and something that seems so utterly absurd on face-value. He's already so much taller, why make the disparity that much wider?

Fortunately, that height comes with great ease, and he shifts back onto the desk easily, paying no mind to the papers scattering across it in his wake.

When Elias goes up on the desk, he is immediately out of Neil's reach for kisses unless he hunches, but that's fine. Neil knows what he's doing. He plops into the desk chair and situates himself between Elias' legs. Then he opens up his ex-lover's trousers and frees a familiar length from the fabric.

Ohhh. Oh. That's right - he'd almost entirely forgotten this old trick.

It's, unfortunately for any semblance of pride Elias had left, he was already clearly quite excited, and lets out a shaky breath when that chilled air of the concrete-and-brick room hits him. He can't reach much of Neil--- not from this angle--- but the hand that doesn't seek to hold onto the edge of the desk for purchase combs through those wavy locks, mussing them further.

Neil was under no illusions that Elias might be at full mast, but he's a lot more worked up than expected as Neil begins stroking gently. He lets his long index finger curve up over the top when he reaches it for a little extra contact. "Ooh, I see I was expected."

Elias takes in a shaky breath, letting it out slowly, a flustered huff of a laugh coming with it. "Not--- not expected, per se, it's just... been a bit. Go long enough, and you start to get worked up easily, no?"

"Mmm, no, I seem to recall giving you the voice when I called," Neil teases, raising his brows playfully. "Don't worry. I'll take care of you tonight."

Leaning forward, Neil places the tip of Elias' cock on his tongue and gives him a long lick, the way one might with an ice cream cone.

Oh. So he was using the voice. No wonder it got him so good, he thought he was just imagining it.

The lick sends a shiver down Elias' spine, and he lets out a heated sigh, combing his fingers through Neil's hair more actively now, gentle and encouraging. He won't rush him along--- after all, they both know how Elias enjoys the reins being taken--- but he makes his enjoyment abundantly clear.

And take the reins Neil surely does. He takes his time on Elias, leaning down a bit more to run his tongue all the way up the underside of the length before parting his lips a bit further and bringing Elias into his mouth. He starts with just the head, rolling his tongue slowly over it, every curve memorized still.

It's a blissful sort of agonizing, the slow pace. His thick brows knit together, and his hand reluctantly leaves Neil's hair, lifting to try to rub some of the heat that rose to his face away. It doesn't work, and the careful precision undoes him faster than would have allowed to him to keep any semblance of pride. It's within little more than a minute that Elias finds himself fully hard beneath his ex-lover's touch.

Desired effect achieved, Neil at last begins to bob his head at an easy pace. He's no longer torturing poor Elias with slowness, but he's hardly rushing, keeping his pace lazy. As with the rest of this encounter, Neil easily recalls everything about Elias. What he likes, what tricks will draw out more moaning and writhing from the man. It's as if he never left.

Each nail is hit right on the head, and Elias' composure crumbles under it. A moan that he fought to bite back rumbles in his throat, but he isn't able to keep the next that threatens him so well-contained. This well-kept memory of each little thing that gets to him makes that thrill rise once more in his chest, and it does nothing at all for him to not melt under Neil's work.

He whimpers, a ragged breath escaping him with a quiet, desperate murmur. "Neil..."

Neil lets off of him with a small gasp. "Tell me you want me, Eli."

"I want you," Elias is quick to obey, hushed and aching with need. "Please."

"What do you want from me? Say it."

Elias flusters, swallowing thickly, at a loss for words and barely managing more than a stammer. "A-anything."

"No," Neil says, a slight edge of irritation to his tone, "you know what you want."

"I--- want you to fuck me," Elias manages with some concerted effort.

"There we go." Neil rewards the admission with a few more strokes. "That wasn't so hard, was it? Do you have what I need to make that happen for you, Eli?"

"I should have... something?" Elias glances around his desk, struggling to focus with those talented hands at work. "I, hah, I don't--- exactly keep things around for that, I'll admit, but..."

Neil chuckles. "I may have brought a few things of my own." He gives Elias one more go with his mouth, sliding allllll the way down to the point of straining not to gag, then slowly back up where he releases once more with a soft wet pop. "You always did look nice draped over a desk. Roll over for me. I'll get you ready."
